Below are two samples of the resources available in the Easiteach Geography Content Pack. One is a whole-class activity and the other is an investigation.
If you have Easiteach Geography tools, click the Easiteach logo to download the Easibook and try out these lessons for yourself. If you have Easiteach Studio, you can still open the files, but will not be able to use the Geography tools. If you do not have Easiteach Studio or Easiteach Geography, you can still view the teaching notes and preview the Easiteach Geography screens by clicking Details and Teaching Notes.

Overview
In this activity the children will develop an awareness of the importance of reducing, re-using and recycling waste. They will be able to consider how this might be applied at a whole school level to minimise waste, revising from Lesson 2 - Waste and recycling ('act local, think global').

Aims
The aim of this simulation is to encourage pupils to think about what the world looks like from the air. It also provides a good starting point for developing an understanding of how maps represent an area.
